Out today (excused in Skyward)
Tap anyone you already know is out. They're skipped in the draw. Clears itself tomorrow.
Bell time
One-day switch for all classes — back to Automatic tomorrow.
Or type an exact time for this class only. Blank = automatic.
Roster
One per line. Nickname in parentheses shows on screen — e.g. Lukas (Luke)
Groups that sit together
One group per line, names separated by commas. Each group lands side-by-side in its own pod, and different groups spread into different pods. Put a * after a name to keep them in the MIDDLE of their group. Example: Deklan*, Aurora, Brayden Kyla, Sienna
Keep apart
Tap 2+ names, then Add rule. They'll never share a pod.
⭐ Smart seating (grades)
Lists come from Skyward after each 3pm run — names only, no grades stored. Helpers land one per pod (A first, then A-, then B+…). Flagged kids get spread into different pods. Keep-apart and groups always win.
Fills all six pods one seat at a time before anybody doubles up, and takes the far corners inside each pod. Groups and helper placement are ignored while this is on. Awtumn is held at seat 17 or 18 for her own computer - it alternates each test day, and both classes get the same seat on the same day. Turn it off after the test.
🔁 Retake day
Tap the kids who are retaking. They spread across the front three pods, seats 1-18, and never land on 7, 8 or 11. Everyone else spreads across the back three pods, seats 19-36. Groups and helper placement are ignored while this is on. Turn it off after the retake.
